1. Service Overview
Carry go Japan provides private express luggage transportation services connecting airports, hotels, and tourist destinations across Japan.
2. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport the following items under any circumstances:
- Cash, securities, passports, and personal identification documents
- Dangerous goods (explosives, flambles, toxic chemicals, etc.)
- Illegal items under Japanese law
- Animals or living creatures
3. Delays & Liability
Traffic & Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or road closures beyond our control.
Valuables & Packaging: Fragile items and high-value electronics must be properly packed by the customer prior to pickup.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply based on when the cancellation notice is received:

| Same-day or No-show | 100% of total amount |
